9. A pulmonary health examination during employment shall be administered at least every 3 years by the physician in charge of health services at the establishment where the worker is employed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the first examination of a worker who has never in the past been exposed to asbestos or silica may be performed within 6 years after he is hired.
